Recruiting
Since qualified participants make or break your projects, we make sure
recruiting is our greatest strength. We dedicate resources to continually
growing our focus group database; we are active in our community so
that even folks who are not in our database know & trust us; and
we hire, create and nurture extraordinary recruiters, supervisors and
project managers.
Facility
Each of our two focus group suites includes a conference room, one-way
mirror, observation room and attached office/lounge. Our entire facility
has broadband internet access, wired and wireless. Both suites are equipped
with audio and video recording equipment professionally installed and
maintained.
Your Tammadge partners (the folks who will handle your every need while you and your clients are here) have been catering to our clients for well over 20 years. Their knowledge is only exceeded by their graciousness.
And just so you know that you are in the Live Music Capital of the World, Terry has put together a collection of music posters, album covers, and photographs that are adorn our walls. It is a visual history of Austin’s music scene and is something to see.
Mock trials/juries:
Our facility was designed to accommodate your legal studies. Our largest conference room seats 30 participants classroom style for presentations. We then set up both conference rooms into jury deliberation rooms.
If you need a larger facility or a facility in a surrounding county, we can coordinate with hotels or event centers to find the perfect location for your project and send Tammadge partners to be on-site during your study to assure that all runs smoothly.
Whether or not you hold your study at Tammadge, we will recruit your participants to your specifications with strict adherence to quota requirements.
Usability Lab:
We provide you with a computer with internet access, PIP feed (participants face on participant’s computer screen) to your backroom observers and PIP video capture. We also have wired internet connections for up to 8 computers in our interior conference. And we have the expertise to provide you with any other configuration.
On-site personal interviewing, mystery shopping, audits:
We have a small staff of experienced in-person interviewers, mystery
shoppers and auditors. Please call for our availability.
